Send us a message or call us. Hearing aids have lots of details to discuss. We'll have a consultation. Find out what we need to know, and you'll do the same. We'll build your order and give you a price down to the cent. All orders must to be approved by our audiology team.
We're going to trade details, send us your audiogram, details of what you what, we'll send a purchase agreement, invoice, payment link. Your not buying a widget. Your purchasing state of the art hearing instruments. We have to nail down details. We may have you send photos of your ears for wire length. Tip/dome requests, color of the instrument etc. Communication is key. If you currently wear hearing aids, send us those details as well.
After details are discussed, you will receive an invoice, that invoice is going to show everything you will receive, please review this, and double check your shipping address. Once you've Oke'd the invoice, reply to that email to let us know. We will then send over your FDA audiology recommendations and payment link.
After payment is made, we will program and test the aids. 1 final review of the details and what's in the package, and finally ship the aids. 4 days is the average time to shipping.
