Return/ Exchange: 

Our return policy is designed to be as simple as possible.

If we can send it to you, so can you.

• We offer a 75-day return period
   
• The return period begins the day you receive the product
   
• We will provide a hard return-by date for returning the product to the manufacturer
   

• We understand the product will be used during the trial period (normal wear is expected)
   
• Excessive, intentional, or avoidable damage will be reviewed by the manufacturer
   
• Please return the product with all included parts, including the receivers, to help ensure a faster return process
   
  • If something is damaged (ex: chewed by a dog), please return what you can and let us know
     

• Returns are accepted for any reason during the trial period
   

To begin a return, simply contact us by:

• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
   
• If needed, we can provide a return shipping label
   
  • The cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount, as stated on the purchase order
     

• Once the product is received, refunds are issued to the original payment method
   
• Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product
