Our return policy is designed to be as simple as possible.

IF WE CAN SEND IT BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER, SO CAN YOU!

Return Period

• We offer a 75-day return period
   
• The return period begins the day you receive the product
   
• We will provide a hard return-by date for returning the product to the manufacturer
   

• We understand the product will be used during the trial period (normal wear is expected)
   
• Excessive, intentional, or avoidable damage will be reviewed by the manufacturer
   
• Please return the product with all included parts, including the receivers, to help ensure a faster return process
   
  • If something is damaged (ex: chewed by a dog), please return what you can and let us know
     

• Returns are accepted for any reason during the trial period
   

To begin a return, simply contact us by:

• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
   
• If needed, we can provide a return shipping label
   
  • The cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount, as stated on the purchase order
     

• Once the product is received, refunds are issued to the original payment method
   
• Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product

 Every hearing aid order includes a 75-day trial period. With your order, you will receive a hard return-by date. This is the date we must have the hearing aids returned by in order to complete the return with the manufacturer.

If the hearing aids are returned by the hard return-by date, you will receive a 100% refund, no questions asked. That’s our promise.
