Our return policy is as simple as possible...

If we can send it back so can you. 

• 75 day Return Period. Return period starts the day you receive the product. 
• We will provide a HARD Date of return to manufacturer. 
• State of return- we understand the product will be used ( normal wear ) Excessive or intentional damage to be reviewed by the manufacturer. - Please return with the received, receivers - makes for quicker return. (If the dog chewed them up, pick up the pieces and let us know)
• Reason for return- Return for any reason during trial period. 
• Process for return- Just reach out, Call/Text, email.
•  Return shipping is at the buyer expense - we can send a label, that postage label cost will be deducted from the refund amount ( as stated on purchase order )  
• Process of refund- once we receive the product we refund the payment by the same means. (within 7 days on receiving )
