Each person’s process may vary slightly. We reserve the right to decline the sale of any product or service to any prospective customer based on factors such as hearing loss, requested product, or any other circumstance in which we believe we cannot reasonably provide strong results and quality service.
We also reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any customer who is abusive, threatening, or disrespectful to our staff or anyone representing DE LLC.
We are committed to treating every customer with kindness and professionalism, and we expect the same in return.
All hearing aid purchases include a 75-day trial period, beginning on the date the customer receives the product.
A hard return-by date will be provided with each order. This date represents the deadline by which the hearing aids must be returned in order to qualify for a full refund and to meet manufacturer return requirements.
If the hearing aids are returned by the hard return-by date, the customer will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price, issued to the original payment method. No additional explanation is required.
Failure to return the hearing aids by the hard return-by date may result in the return being denied and/or the refund amount being reduced, depending on manufacturer policies and eligibility.
Customers are encouraged to contact DE LLC as soon as possible if they have questions or need assistance initiating a return..
All hearing aid packages are shipped via USPS with an estimated delivery window of 2–4 business days after shipment.
Miscellaneous parts and accessories are shipped via USPS, typically within 24 hours of payment.
By signing or approving this agreement, I consent to receive and send communications electronically with Direct Ear LLC (“Direct Ear”), its authorized agents, and licensed providers, including by email, text message, phone calls, and other digital messaging methods.
I understand these communications may include private health information (PHI). Direct Ear will take reasonable steps to safeguard customer information within its internal systems. I acknowledge that electronic communications may involve third-party providers (email services, cellular carriers, messaging platforms, etc.), and Direct Ear cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted through external networks.

If I do not consent to electronic communications, Direct Ear cannot provide services, including support and remote care. If I am within the 75-day trial period, I may return the product(s) for a refund in accordance with the return policy.
